TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These conditions take precedence over the buyer’s own terms, even if the buyer’s terms are defined in their purchase orders, requisitions, emails, or similar.

Opening Hours
Our phone lines are open daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Fridays until 2:00 PM) for advice and order reception.

Shipping of Goods
Orders for stocked partial items placed before 3:30 PM (Mon–Thu) and 1:30 PM (Fri) will be shipped the same day.

Prices
The current price list cancels and replaces all previously issued price lists. The gross prices listed are indicative retail prices in DKK excluding VAT and other charges. All prices and specifications are subject to typographical errors and may change without prior notice. For current prices, please refer to our shop: http://www.bohnenkamp.dk/shop.

Freight and Handling
Orders exceeding DKK 750.00 excluding VAT and other charges are shipped free of charge within Denmark unless otherwise stated in the Order Confirmation or Invoice. For orders under DKK 750.00 excluding VAT and other charges, a handling fee of DKK 80.00 net is added.
Unless otherwise stated in the Order Confirmation or Invoice, orders for delivery outside Denmark are shipped from our warehouse in Galten, and freight charges apply.

Environmental Fees
The applicable environmental fee rates at the time of delivery will be invoiced.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the Order Confirmation or Invoice, our payment terms are Current Month + 10 Days. If the terms stated in the invoice are not met, the buyer will be charged interest and reminder fees in accordance with applicable legislation.

Returns
Items ordered specifically must be accepted and cannot be returned.
Items are only accepted for return by agreement with our dispatch department. When returning items, the sender and the return number provided by Bohnenkamp A/S must be stated. Include a copy of the Delivery Note or Invoice.

All returned items must be sent prepaid to:

If the returned item is not received by Bohnenkamp A/S within 14 days of telephone notification, the case is considered expired and the return cannot be accepted.
A 15% return fee will be deducted from credited returns – for complete wheels, an additional DKK 30 per unit will be deducted for disassembly.
Returns are aimed to be processed within the same week they are received.

Complaints
Products suspected of material or manufacturing defects must be reported immediately to our dispatch department. When returning complained items, the sender and the return number provided by Bohnenkamp A/S must be stated. Include a copy of the Delivery Note or Invoice.

If the complained items are not received by Bohnenkamp A/S within 14 days of telephone notification, the case is considered expired and the issued return number invalid. A new return number must then be obtained from Bohnenkamp A/S dispatch.

In the event of compensation, the reimbursement will be reduced according to the wear of the item.
Bohnenkamp A/S accepts no liability for consequential damages arising from the use of products eligible for complaint, nor for mounting or other service costs.

General Disclaimer of Liability
Bohnenkamp A/S cannot be held liable for consequential costs due to incorrect use of our products. This also applies if the buyer resells the purchased goods and they are not used correctly by end users. In such cases, the responsibility lies solely with the buyer.

Webshop and App
Orders placed via our Webshop or App after normal closing hours will be shipped the next business day.

Data Registration
Bohnenkamp A/S does not disclose customer information of any kind to third parties. We reserve the right to use information collected online as well as offline to provide better service to our customers.
